Ken Winnik, owner and inspector has more than a decade of experience in residential remodeling and special inspections project management with NYC/DDC (Department of Design and Construction). He has worked closely with project engineers and architects on multi-million dollar commercial construction projects.

As an 12 year veteran of the United States Marine Corps, his technical knowledge and practical construction experience of building systems, components and how they function is paramount to performing a truly professional inspection. Thereby, producing a meaningful report for all of his clients that retain his services.

Ken has developed an outstanding reputation with local residents in Monmouth and Ocean counties. Attended and successfully completed the longer and more extensive Home Inspection technical program now required for licensing by the State of New Jersey. Passed a rigorous and comprehensive National Home Inspector Examination. Frequently, I attend technical and non-technical seminars to meet New Jersey licensing continuing education requirements

Radiation Protection and Release Prevention:
Attended the Eastern Regional Radon Training Center (ERRTC) at Rutgers University established by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), completed curriculum and passed their final examination.

To assure state residents that Radon testing is performed efficiently and to the highest possible standards, New Jersey law requires that the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) certify radon technicians. Consequently, passing the written Radon Measurement Technician examination proctored by (NJ/DEP) and was issued their Certification.
